Well, cats are addictive… and there’s always place for one more! Not long ago we had 7, but sadly we lost one on Christmas day – I was devastated. On the whole 2013 was horrible, as I lost my dog as well. So now there’s 6 – 2 oldies, one mum and her two sons (they are very similar to your two new ones) and an intruder, who lives outside and keeps harassing our cats (we’ve built him a winter house though and, if the temperature continues to drop, we’ll have to let him into out cellar…).
P.S. I’ll have to show you our two brothers, they could be cousins to your two new ones!
Oh my goodness! I just love them and I am SO jealous! What are their names? One day I will have 2 cats, I am planning on naming them Vanilla and Cinnamon. Enjoy your new lovelies. 🙂
They’d already been named Emil and Leo by the family that raised them (took in their mom who was a stray I believe), and I haven’t really been able to come up with something quite right, so that’s what they’re called. They’re 4 months old.
HL=huge like, Pia… 🙂 I’m a catlover – à la vie, à la mort and black&white cats are sooo nice, sweet and classy… 🙂 meet Lucky-Loulou, please – el gato(tomcat) valenciano, saved from the streets of Valencia, Spain, olé: 🙂 http://myvirtualplayground.wordpress.com/?s=lucky+loulou

Well, as of now, the count is 5 cats, 1 dog, 2 ponies. I’ve at one time had 6 cats, 2 dogs and 4 ponies, but I’m trying to cut down.
At the time I agreed to take them I thought the 16 y.o. was dying and we have another oldie, so I didn’t mean to have more than 2-3. 😉

They do add an extra dimension to life, don’t they. And to your house, I fear for my row of orchids 😉
